Inspired by the distinctive toffee from New Zealand's favourite cookbook - our original Butterscotch is truly world class, balancing sweetness and flavour - while enabling the fresh cream and whey vodka to really shine.
While developing our recipe we focussed on using more cream, only fresh cream, and less sugar - taking an uncompromising approach to using only quality ingredients, better allowing us to represent the best of New Zealand's ingredients - Whey Vodka - Fresh Cream.
It is best enjoyed chilled & straight. Preferably drink at -5°C for an incredible drinking experience (can leave in a freezer for 2 hours). As our customers said, "with a glass full of ice and top up with Butterscotch or straight up in a smaller glass, both ways".
