A grown-up indulgent treat for milkshake lovers. Drizzle some dark chocolate sauce on top and garnish with fresh blackberries to serve and you’ll never make an ordinary milkshake again.
FOR THE BLACKBERRY SYRUP
6 tbsp honey
FOR THE MILKSHAKE
120ml Remarkable Cream Dark Chocolate
1 scoop chocolate ice cream
450ml full-fat milk
- Start by making the blackberry syrup. Put blackberries and honey in a small saucepan with 1 tablespoon water. Cook over a low heat, until softened. Press through a sieve into a jug then pour back into the pan and simmer for a few minutes longer to thicken slightly. Pour back into the jug and leave to cool.
- For the milkshake, Blend Remarkable Cream Dark Chocolate, chocolate ice cream and full cream milk until smooth.
- Spoon a little of the blackberry syrup into the bottom of each glass. Pour in the chocolate milkshake. Top with whipped cream and more blackberry syrup. Drizzle some chocolate sauce on top if you wish and garnish with fresh blackberries.
