    Ingredients

    Martini

    • 180 ml Remarkable Cream Raspberry White Chocolate Cream

    • 80 ml raspberry vodka

    • 80 ml raspberry syrup

    • Plenty of ice

    Raspberry Cold Foam

    • 4 tablespoons heavy cream

    • 4 tablespoons raspberry syrup

    • 2 tablespoons whole milk

    Garnish

    • Freeze-dried raspberries


    How to Make a Raspberry White Chocolate Martini

    Step 1: Shake the martini

    Add the Raspberry White Chocolate Cream, raspberry vodka, raspberry syrup, and ice to a cocktail shaker.
    Shake vigorously until well chilled.

    Step 2: Prepare the raspberry cold foam

    Combine the heavy cream, raspberry syrup, and milk in a small jug.
    Froth using a milk frother until light and foamy.

    Step 3: Serve

    Strain the martini into chilled martini glasses.
    Top gently with raspberry cold foam and finish with freeze-dried raspberries.


    Homemade Raspberry Syrup (Optional but Recommended)

    Ingredients

    • ½ cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)

    • ½ cup water

    • ½ cup granulated sugar

    Method

    1. Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan.

    2. Bring to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally.

    3. Simmer for 1–2 minutes until the raspberries break down.

    4. Remove from heat and strain, discarding the pulp.

    5. Allow to cool, then transfer to a sealed bottle or jar.

    6. Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.


    Serving Tips & Variations

    • For a dessert-style martini, add extra cold foam and shaved white chocolate

    • Swap raspberry vodka for vanilla vodka for a softer flavour profile
