Remarkable Boozy Whipped Cream
Makes: 4 portions
Ingredients:
100ml Cream
30ml Remarkable Cream Choc-Espresso Martini
¼ tsp Ground Cinnamon
½ tsp Vanilla Extract
Optional: 25g Allulose *or another sweetener
Method:
1. Place the cream, Remarkable Cream Choc-Espresso Martini, cinnamon, vanilla, and sweetener (if using) into a large bowl, or a stand mixer.
2. Using a whisk, or whisk attachment in your stand mixer, whip until thick and creamy, with soft peaks that hold their shape.
3. Serve on top of deserts, like the Remarkable Cream Lava Cake, or on top of a hot chocolate.
