Remarkable Cream’s Raspberry White Chocolate Martini

Instructions

• Place an equal amount of white chocolate buttons and Remarkable Cream Raspberry White Chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl.

• Melt the white chocolate buttons 30 seconds at a time and stir until the mixture is smooth.

• Add ice to a cocktail shaker.

• Add 30ml Raspberry Vodka to the shaker.

• Add 200ml Remarkable Cream Raspberry White Chocolate to the shaker.

• Add half of the melted white chocolate mix to the shaker.

• Shake vigorously.

• Pour, strain and divide the drink into two cocktail glasses.

• Swirl some melted white chocolate on top of each drink.

• Garnish with freeze-dried raspberry crumble.
