Less than 1% sugar and lactose free... how did we do it?!?!
First, we use real cream which has been specially processed to convert the lactose into normal sugars using a 'lactase enzyme', then, we add Pineapple Vodka & Coconut water bringing the final sugar content to only 0.88% - with no added sugar.
We use Natural Erythritol as the sugar replacement so this Keto Pina Colada has a neutral flavour without the harse aspects of artificial sweetners.
Natural Erythritol does cost more but we love the quality aspects of it and it is preferred by more of the NZ keto community we have consulted with.

As the very first Lactose Free Cream Liqueur in New Zealand - this first commercial batch is expecting to reach the lactose free threshold of not more than 0.005% - but, we can only guarantee the lactose level below 0.5%.
The finished product lactose content may vary from lab trials therefore we will print the actual lactose content on the bottle cap (and update pre-order customers via email).
The wording on our physical label will be 'Low Lactose' for this first batch (even if it achieves full lactose free) with actual lactose levels ranging from below 0.005 to 0.5% - it will be the lowest lactose level in any Dairy Cream Liqueur in NZ.
