Our Classic Cream Liqueur brings together the finest New Zealand cream, caramelised local honey, a special 'slightly nutty' cocoa and genuine vanilla essence.
Our vision for this special edition is to give our fellow Kiwi's a fully indulgent, satisfying cream liqueur with less sugar.
It is part of our broader mission as our whole range is already lower sugar than most cream liqueurs (and decreasing every year!).
Tasting notes of caramel, milk chocolate, and a subtle honey-roasted nut, this is an indulgence with 50% less sugar without compromising on taste or texture.
Key Features:
Caramelised Local Honey - This is the 'secret' part of our recipe. Honey provides more sweetness than white sugar per gram, meaning, we don't have to put much in, or add strong sweetners like stevia to achieve an overall balanced profile (still dramatically less sweet than our existing range, or other cream liqueurs!)
No Stevia & Dramatically less sweet - Instead of using Stevia, known for that 'sweetner taste' we have instead used the bare minimum of a natural sweetner called erythritol which is only 70% as sweet as sugar. Our special process and careful choice of ingredients means you won't experience any of the 'cooling effects' or 'sweetner' taste common in many other 'low sugar' products.
Real Vanilla Essence - We like the path less taken.. the difficult road. We imported our own Tahitian vanilla beans then soaked them in vodka for over 6 months so you can enjoy the subtle complexity only nature can provide.
Special 'nutty' cocoa - We carefully selected a smooth cocoa, not too bitter or dark. This is a roasted mmilk chocolate profile that adds a noticeable depth to the overall profile. If you don't shake the bottle then you pour out that last bit, there will be a lush milk chocolate twist to that final glass! Or, shake the bottle and enjoy it along the way!
Note: It may seem at first strange that our 'Half Sugar' is more expensive... I assure you, this is purely down the cost of making this special creation. With all the added special ingredients, and a bit of extra vodka, the cost is higher, however, the result is an exceptional cream liqueur, every bit as indulgent as our original!

Ingredients:
* 60ml Milk Chocolate Caramel Classic Cream Liqueur
* Caramel syrup
* 30ml fresh espresso
* Dairy Milk or Almond Milk
* Whipped cream (optional for garnish)
* A dash of cinnamon
Instructions:
Pour Remarkable Cream Liqueur, milk & fresh espresso over crushed ice. Stir in some caramel syrup. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon for a cozy Halloween treat.
