Remarkable Butterscotch TIRAMISU

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 8 tablespoons of Steam Brew Coffee or Espresso or just pour to strength 
  • 8 tablespoons Remarkable Cream Butterscotch or just add to desire
  • 300 g mascarpone
  • 100 g Greek yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste (optional) 
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder 
  • 6-8 sponge fingers

Serves 4 or 1 dessert lover like myself 

METHOD:

  1. Take 1 small bowl

  2. Mix the mascarpone, yoghurt,  and bean paste together until smooth. Add a splash for Remarkable Cream.

  3. Break the sponge fingers into small pieces and pour over  coffee and Remarkable Cream

  4. Layer the mascarpone mix 

  5. Sprinkle over a little cocoa powder. 

  6. Add another layer of sponge fingers. 

  7. Add the remaining sponge pieces and top with the remaining mascarpone mixture.

  8. Dust with a final sprinkle of cocoa powder over the top. Chill for at least 6 hours before serving ( if you can wait!)
