Butterscotch Tiramisu
Remarkable Butterscotch TIRAMISU
INGREDIENTS:
- 8 tablespoons of Steam Brew Coffee or Espresso or just pour to strength
- 8 tablespoons Remarkable Cream Butterscotch or just add to desire
- 300 g mascarpone
- 100 g Greek yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste (optional)
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 6-8 sponge fingers
Serves 4 or 1 dessert lover like myself
METHOD:

Take 1 small bowl

Mix the mascarpone, yoghurt, and bean paste together until smooth. Add a splash for Remarkable Cream.

Break the sponge fingers into small pieces and pour over coffee and Remarkable Cream

Layer the mascarpone mix

Sprinkle over a little cocoa powder.

Add another layer of sponge fingers.

Add the remaining sponge pieces and top with the remaining mascarpone mixture.

Dust with a final sprinkle of cocoa powder over the top. Chill for at least 6 hours before serving ( if you can wait!)
